In Loving Memory of Patrick Rose

Monday nights, for over 30 years, Patrick Rose conducted our singing group. His enthusiasm was infectious and he always came prepared with a dazzling arrangement of songs for us to sing. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, who dedicated his life to performance and music making. His background in theatre music was extensive, having performed in London's West End ("Lady Be Good"), Off Broadway ("A Bistro Car"), and many other theatres across Canada. He took great joy in making music and truly believed music to be a unifying force in our world. He was our larger-than-life "music man" and he will be dearly missed. Thank you, Pat, for everything.
